DOSATRON® D3RE10VF
When needing to apply ProFlake NC and water to your grain, the DOSATRON® takes away the guesswork and the need for mixing as the water pressure powered device draws the preservative into the water at the pre-set ratio and is simply controlled by adjusting the flow rate of the water (turning the tap up or down). Proportionality of dose rate is consistent irrespective of fluctuations in water flow rate & pressure (within the operating range of the unit).
A filter is recommended prior to the pump, along with a flow meter to ensure you are applying the correct volume for the moisture of the grain and the storage time required.
There are other models available in the DOSATRON® range to suit many applications around the farm where safe and accurate chemical dilution is needed such as footbaths, cleaning and disinfecting and adding medication.
No power supply is needed but is important to check that the water supply has sufficient flow to get the required volume per tonne.
